Can I order a gift arrangement?

Absolutely! The easiest way to place an order for a gift arrangement is through our online shop, HERE. We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you do custom gift arrangements?

Yes! When ordering online, you can choose the “Designer’s Choice” option and include any color, style and flower preferences in the “special requests” section. You can also call us to place custom orders at (212) 929-0660. We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance.

What is your delivery range?

We deliver to all of NYC and the surrounding area, including Westchester and parts of NJ & Long Island.

Do you do same day delivery?

We always do our best to accommodate same-day delivery. However, availability of certain designs (particularly those featured in our Modern section) may be limited. We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I stop by to pick out an arrangement?

Designs By Ahn does not have a storefront, and all of our arrangements are made-to-order in our design studio. This means that we do not have any pre-made arrangements on display in our studio. The best way to browse our designs is by visiting our online shop, HERE.

How do I care for my flowers?

Make sure that all stems are submerged in water, and add fresh water to your arrangement daily. Keep your flowers in a cool temperature, away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight.
