No cancellations on special orders. All floral cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to delivery

We cannot guarantee delivery time, but will make our best attempt to deliver within a window of 2-3 hours. Orders going to businesses must be made prior to 12 PM to assure same day delivery. Orders going to residences should be made prior to 3 PM for same day delivery. Please ask for delivery rates prior to delivery as rates will vary.

Because we use only fresh cut flowers, some arrangements will vary from the advertised pictures due to seasonality and/or market availability of the flower. We will attempt to make the arrangements as close as possible to those seen on our website. We will not make any substitutions on any special orders.
